How do I get help?

UPS i-parcel uses a ticketing system and communicates primarily through email. All inquiries should be sent to merchant.service@i-parcel.com.

The Merchant Service Team is available Mon – Fri 9 am – 5 pm. All email correspondence will be responded to within 1 business day

Phone calls will be answered during hours of operation as specified above. Messages will be returned within 1 business day.

If you are simply looking for status of a package we strongly recommend you utilize our tracking site: https://tracking.i-parcel.com

If there are no tracking updates then contact customer.service@i-parcel.com team for current status. The Customer Service team is available 24/7 and are best equipped to handle package tracking issues.
