How can a merchant get a UPS Access Key?

From there you will be prompted to log in to the UPS.com website with your credentials. After successfully, logging in you will be redirected to the Developer Kit where you can click on “Manage Access Keys”.
This will bring you to the Manage Access Keys page where they can go the bottom of the page and select “Request New Access Key”
